Refund policy

Training fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you can move your seat to the next batch of the same training instead — tell us at least one week before your batch starts.

फ़ीस वापस नहीं होती। लेकिन अगर आप training पर नहीं आ पा रहे हैं तो अपनी seat अगले batch में shift करा सकते हैं — बस हमें कम से कम एक हफ़्ता पहले बता दीजिए।

We hold a seat for you and turn others away for it, and we buy substrate, spawn and materials for the number of people booked. That is why the fee itself does not come back — but your place does not disappear either.

• Tell us at least one week before your batch starts.
• Message WhatsApp +91 92691 89480 or email info@chhatraka.com, with the phone number you booked with.
• You move to the next available batch of the same training. There is no charge for moving.
• If no later date is scheduled yet, we hold your booking until one is.

Less than a week's notice, or not arriving on the day, means the seat is treated as used. Ring us anyway — if something serious happened we would rather hear it than not.

If we cancel a batch, or change its date and you cannot make the new one, you get a full refund.

अगर हम batch cancel करें, या तारीख़ बदलें और नई तारीख़ आपको सूट न करे, तो पूरी फ़ीस वापस मिलेगी।

Refunds go back to the account or UPI ID the money came from, within 7 working days of us confirming it.

If you booked a seat and chose to pay at the centre, nothing has been charged — there is nothing to refund. If you cannot come, just tell us so the seat goes to somebody else.

Self-paced online courses give you the material immediately, so they are non-refundable once you have started a lesson. If a course will not play or a video is broken, that is our problem to fix — write to us and we will either fix it or refund you.
