Privacy policy

Only what the training actually needs:

• Your mobile number — this is how you sign in. There is no password; we send a code on WhatsApp.
• Your name and email, if you give them. Both are optional. Your name goes on your certificate.
• Your language and state, so we can teach and message you in Hindi or English.
• What you booked and paid — the training, the batch, the amount, and the payment screenshot you upload.
• Your progress in online courses, and any certificate issued to you.
• Our WhatsApp conversation with you, including photos and voice notes you send us.

We do not store card numbers or bank details. UPI payments happen in your own UPI app; all we see is the screenshot you send and the reference on it.

Anyone with your certificate number can check it at training.chhatraka.com/verify and will see the name on it, the training and the date. That is what makes it worth something to an employer or a bank.

आपका certificate नंबर डालकर कोई भी उसे verify कर सकता है — उसमें आपका नाम, training और तारीख़ दिखेगी। इसी वजह से वह certificate किसी काम का है।

Your phone number, email and payment details are never shown there.

• Run your booking, take your payment and get you into the training.
• Send you your seat confirmation, receipt and certificate.
• Reply to you on WhatsApp, and call you if you asked us to.
• Tell you about future trainings — you can stop this at any time by telling us.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

• Our own team — the people who run trainings and answer your messages.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — because that is how we message you, so they carry those messages.
• Our payment provider, for the UPI transaction itself.
• Anyone we are legally required to tell.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep accounts. Certificates are kept indefinitely — they have to remain verifiable. Anything else we keep only while it is useful to you.

Write to us and we will do any of these:

• Tell you everything we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong — a misspelt name on a certificate, for instance.
• Stop messaging you about future trainings.
• Delete your account and personal details.

One limit worth stating plainly: we cannot delete a certificate we have issued without making it unverifiable, and we cannot delete payment records the law says we must keep. Everything else can go.
