Terms of use

This portal is run by Chhatraka Research & Development Center Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U02303RJ2026PTC116502) at 84/121, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302033.

You sign in with your mobile number and a code we send on WhatsApp. There is no password. That means whoever has your phone can sign in as you — tell us straight away if you lose it.

One account is for one person. Please do not share your certificate number or account with someone else as though the training were theirs.

• A seat is yours once payment is confirmed, or — for in-person trainings — once we confirm a pay at the centre booking.
• You can pay by UPI, or choose to pay in cash at the centre on the day of an in-person training.
• Prices shown include GST. The price is what you see at checkout.
• Seats are limited. When a batch is full you can join the waiting list, which costs nothing and holds no seat — we call you when one opens.

A pay-at-the-centre booking is a real commitment. We hold the seat and turn others away for it, so please come, or tell us in time that you cannot.

“Centre पर payment” वाली booking भी पक्की booking है। हम आपके लिए seat रोक लेते हैं — इसलिए या तो आइए, या समय रहते बता दीजिए।

• In-person trainings run 9 AM to 5 PM on both days, at our centre in Jaipur.
• Breakfast, tea and lunch are included. Where you stay is your own arrangement — we are happy to suggest places nearby.
• You get a certificate of participation when you complete the training.
• Please follow the safety instructions in the lab and grow rooms. We can ask anyone to leave who puts others at risk.

Fees are not refunded, but you can move your seat to the next batch with at least one week's notice. The full detail is on our refund policy page.

We teach you how to grow mushrooms. We cannot promise what you will earn from it.

Yields and prices depend on your setup, your climate, your local market and how you work. Any figure in our calculator or examples is an illustration, not a forecast, and should not be the basis of a loan or an investment decision.

Videos, notes and handouts are for your own learning. Please do not copy, resell or re-publish them. Your certificate is yours — share it wherever you like.

If a video will not play, a certificate has the wrong name, a payment did not go through, or a training did not happen as described — tell us. Write to info@chhatraka.com or message +91 92691 89480 on WhatsApp. We would much rather fix it than have you feel let down.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
